Got this 2 weeks ago, and the plant looks so sad this week. The leaves are droopy, and some leaves at the bottom are drying and falling off. I’m in Toronto (short winter days) but have an east facing window that I leave the plant by during the day.
Any suggestions? Should I water it more? Should I repot it?

First of all, it needs to be repotted in a bigger pot. Plants are sold in nursery pots that aren’t meant to be homes. You need to look upper fiddle leaf care on google. Do your best to give it what it likes. People should know what a plant needs & get a plant that fits your conditions.
Is it dry? Probe with a skewer to the bottom to check. If it is dry, thoroughly saturate till the pot feels heavy. And make sure it’s right by that window, they really need as much light as possible.
