It looks like [kalanchoe](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalanchoe) to me, but there are so few healthy leaves to identify it by LOL It may also be jade though

Jade Plant (Crassula Ovata) it’s really stretched out because it’s starving for sunlight.
•Give it more time in the sun
•Prune the stretched out limbs to allow it to grow more compact
•Only water it when the soil is completely dry
•Consider repotting and using a cactus or succulent soil mix to allow the water to drain out properly
•Use fertilizer every few months during this coming spring and summer because that’s it’s growing season
