I have a cat that loves only one particular vase of numerous Chiapensis. No matter where I moved it, he would find it. I finally moved it outside, and it is doing fine. I’m sure you’re kidding about getting rid of the kitty so you’ll have to find some place high enough that the cat can’t reach, and the plant still get enough light.
