One spark is all it takes for this home to go up in flames. I found this super dry, overgrown lawn that has not been watered all year. These types of properties are actually dangerous because of how dry they are. To make matters worse, the day I started cleaning the property was July 3rd. The next day was Independence Day, where a lot of homeowners shoot off fireworks, putting this property at risk of catching on fire. We needed to help this homeowner asap with a property cleanup.

We had a year where night fireworks did set tall grass afire in a nearby field. Not fun. Surrounded by houses. Glad you caught this place was facing double-dangers. (That was thoughtful of someone to work on sleeping problems. For some people that is a major distress and physical need for health.) One thing to fix in areas is "stuck" places. This home, for whatever reasons, was stuck. One flag was the tall growth. In your picking up, belongings getting lost in the overgrowth was another. A third was the dead needed shade tree. So, this mowing help will be an important shift for the resident and neighborhood. I liked how your clearing the gutter improved the appearance for the neighborhood, as well as put back storm drainage. 24:16, that was a nice Reset.

I’d be calling for a wellness check. If the outside looks like that, the inside has to be worse. Sad that the neighbors have to see the hoarder sickness.

It seems like a hoarder house. Even can see through the garage that there is stuff. Sad that people allow their property get to this state. I hope they get help to clean up the place. It looks like a beautiful home in a great neighborhood.

If the owner has all that stuff outside the POD, I wonder what's inside it? Man! the driver of the red car needs some parking lessons. On, massively better; now, their next call should be to the trash pick-up company.
