I am going to plant this in one of these small pots… how to take care of it?

Do a proper Google search for the care and feeding an airplants in general, and this species in particular.

  2. It’s more likely a hildae than a flexuosa. Flexuosa has mottled red spots, not stripes like a hildae. My hildae is planted in a pot, as is usual for this species. They get huge, around 4 feet across. There isn’t much information out there about growing tillandsias in pots, so I try to be conservative and water it sparingly, misting the leaves every few days, and letting the soil dry out completely between waterings.
