No, I don’t think so. If you’re concerned, clip it off right after the leaf before it. It’ll grow a new leaf there.
I think it’s fine, though.
Pothos are great in any lighting, at least for me. I rotate them throughout my house and expose them to different lighting. I also wait until the pot weighs almost nothing and put the whole thing in a bigger bowl of water for a few hours. I do those probably every 3-4 weeks.
Others may suggest a different watering method that works for them.
