i think they look more like springtails than mealies. if they are springtails that might mean that the soil is staying damp for too long as they need a damp environment to survive. i would either try to let the soil dry out more in between watering or switch to a easier draining soil mix with lots of perlite and orchid bark. springtails won’t hurt your plants, but soil that doesn’t dry out enough can cause root rot.
