My soil keeps getting these white/yellow parts after I water. They keep growing and growing. I changed pot but now they’re back again. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It stands in a window to the west and gets a good amount of sun.

Your soil looks too dense. Try adding some perlite or bark chips to break up the soil and allow it to drain. The yellow and white are probably fungi, which isn’t a bad thing typically. Fungi=friends
It’s either harmless fungus or harmless mineral deposits
Your soil is holding too much moisture. Seconding the perlite recommendation.
Other comments are not addressing the root problem (🙃)… this pot looks enormous for this plant! Judging by the size of the plant stem and your moisture issues, I would guess that theres a very small root system in there compared to pot size, which means there’s not enough root to suck up the water quickly and minimize space and damp for mold and fungus growth.
I recommend unpotting this, cleaning the roots really well and removing any rot. Then downsize to a pot that’s only an inch or two bigger than the root ball. Repot using new, well draining soil – cactus mixes or a “moisture control” types work well and they’ll already have perlite in them.
