The first looks like a Medusa, and the third is a common one but I can never get the name right. Some kind of tillandsia. You can cut them or leave the brown. But if they’re dry they could use a good soak in clean water for about 5-10 mins. Then air dry and pot them where you’d like them. I think it’s a pretty good score for what you paid. They’ll recover slowly.
