Doesn’t look sick to me. I’ve had these for years. Im not the best plant person. But I know thier hardy. It seems like the leaf got pinched?

OP – that’s a Golden Pothos. It’s supposed to have the golden variegation on the leaves. The more sunlight it has, the better the golden color will be. The less sunlight it has, the gold will fade quite a lot and the plant will become mostly just green.

If humidity gets really low while a leaf is unfurling, the leaf edges can get stuck & cause rips that will brown where cells get damaged & die. The leaf with a few spots also could have been unfurling when the plant was shipped or moved, & it can take some time for damaged cells to completely die & turn brown. I think your plant is fine.🙏

It looks like it might be a variegated type.
