You dont eat sweet peas? How is this true? I love the sprouts. Tell me more?
Not true on the pointing of the wheelbarrow for a little old lady. I push it to the pile empty and pull it behind me on the way to the garden. That way when it's full it can bump along all it likes behind me rather than hitting bumps that I have to strain to push it over. Like he said, "just one of those little things". ……and you never have to turn it around that way.š
Oh, maybe I should mention that my wheelbarrows have 2 front tires.
What does he mean when he says he shreds his compost? All I can picture is a tree shredder.
So he plants the seeds, grows them, pulls them out stores them in buckets, then goes out digs a trench puts them back into the ground covers them in hay metal roof shingles and old tires then digs them back up to eat
Thank you both, I so appreciated all of this gardening wisdom.I love how so much is done by hand and hand tools, ones that have been around for all very long time, so generous that he grows more than he needs, that he ventures outside the rule books and experiments this different methods. He's right up there Paul Gautschi as my gardening heroes!
I love the video.he has so much knowledge, definitely would be subscribing. Also I love the way the dog follows him and keeps his eyes on himš
Hope this video takes off way harder than it did with gardening folks and gets way more views this is a cool video!
Outstanding garden great lessons to b e learned. For all your hard work I hope you bring it to farmers market.
If only I'm in as good shape as he is when I get that age
What an amazing gardening mentor! Thank you for the time and effort in making this video.
This man is priceless with his gardening experience and knowledge. I could listen to him all day. Wonderful video!
"Some people do straight lines. I've got a stick there and a stick there and I just drag my foot!"
I have vertigo and can't walk in a straight line to save my life. Using the same method my rows would be a bit more… "serpentine" š
I super appreciate the advice for beginning gardeners. I see so much of established gardens but it's helpful to know where to start to get there!
Is that the Texas Hill Country?
Incredible! I have rarely learned as much in just one video. Iād love to see so much more! It wouldāve been great if the person filming wouldāve asked questions along the way. So many questions about Pest Control?, Chipmunks, seed storage, how to actually build a successful compost,⦠This man can give a master class in so many topics! The fruit, harvest, the grapes,so so many questions. What an incredible person.
What growing zone is Lance in? Fabulous video!
Thank you Lance!! All I can think of is the knowledge and āfunā you had filming this. Iāll spend a day with Lance!
Some body pls gift him the jacket ya
2:8:20 check for worms šŖ± before you eat them !!!
Iām in aww I will have to take notes when I watch it again soon !!
its impossible this man is 40, he has such youth and exuberance in his voice, how nice
Does he just run sprinklers? And what is he doing for fertilizer?
Clever.
I would really love to make it through this video but 2 minutes in there is a 25 minute ad. And after 5 minutes it still wonāt let me skip it. š¢ YouTube must be desperate for subscribers.
How does he shred his compost? What does he use to shred it?
What does he do with all that food.
Great stuff, thank you.
Wow. Thank you for this video! I learned so much from it, but especially about the storage trench – great idea!!!
Amazing! I think I need the rest of the season off after watching that!
Loved This!! Would like to see Next Years!! Hopefully there will be more like this!!.

Wow! Incredible
I'm sure this guy can work circles around much younger people! I've seen young people that can't push a damn wheelbarrow….
Thank you so much for sharing this video. What a hard working and quite knowledgeable man. I am so impressed! I got some wonderful ideas from him š. I love the underground storage idea.
