starbucks had a huge bag of coffee grounds that are supposed to be great for plants and I sprinkled some in . Did I poison this guy or is this more likely a watering issue ?
Do I prologaste the living parts or just give a baptism of neem oil ?

It is in a indirect sunlight in a window getting a good amount of early morning sun (to be moved during summer because AZ is a literal oven)

I don’t know what kind of plant this is, so forgive me if I’m wrong. But it looks like it’s suffering from etiolation because of a lighting issue?

The other commenter was right about etiolation, this needs better lighting.

As for the coffee grounds, the houseplant community has taken Composting ideas and tried to put them indoors. This does not work. The grounds are nitrogen and sodium rich, which will cause toxicity in the houseplants. They also hold MUCH too much water for a cactus. Grounds are great when you put them in a compost pile with adequate “brown” material, so they can break down. In a potted plant, they just go mouldy.
