Mine looks like that and Iâve chalked it up to thrips :/ so curious what others say. The discoloration on the leaves and little black speckles especially

You are overwatering which is causing the browning, and hard to tell but you may have some thrips damage there too.
Your soil looks quite wet and doesn’t look like your pot has anywhere to drain excess water. These really need well draining soil that dries quickly like a succulent.

Too much water, no drainage? Their soil does not like to stay moist.

If this just started, it’s progressing really fast because the damage is quite extensive. You are definitely overwatering the plant and that’s what’s causing brown leaves. Water only when the soil is dry about 2- 2.5 inches on the top. Besides overwatering, it seems the plant is infested with (most likely) thrips which is causing droopy leaves and those light spots that you see on the plant. There’s multiple ways how to get rid of them so I suggest you to watch couple of You Tube videos to see which method you consider best. And I’m not sure if the pot has drainage holes at the bottom which is very important because the roots of the plant are going to rot. If you don’t want to repot then I’d suggest you to drill the holes on the bottom.
