I bought her a while back in a rough condition & while she continues to provide new growth, the leaves always unravel with yellowish spots & stay that way. Roots look well, she gets about 6 hours under a grow light & I water her once the soil is completely dry. Thoughts?

Might be stuck or sun damage and stuck
Are you fertilizing it? Might be burns from that.
