I’m worried that my cats will do this too. It’s disheartening.

i got a used ikea glassed in shelf on Craigslist.  works great and keeps my works safe from kitty.

Cute pussy cat. belly rub time.

  3. Get some museum putty and stick it on your pot and where you place them. Makes it very hard for a cat to knock them over. I do this for all my vases that will shatter if they fell.

Cats are such good helpers🙄. I hope you can rescue some of it

OP … I totally get this — it’s so disheartening and saddening – a silver lining that has helped me (for it has happened more than once with 2 dogs and 4 cats at one point 5) .. the silver lining being – it gave me a chance to dust/water the plants, check roots and maybe replant… It’s soooo frustrating but trying to find a silver lining can help push through the whole dirt loss/mess cleanup/rearranging ect

Ide be making bone meal out the cat for that
    Jks sort of
You need some citrus plants or something to keep the cat from zooming over the plants

I came home and my dog got loose &ate/destroyed every single plant I had. He ate off the roots of almost all of them. I’m talking just a stub left 🥲 I cried cleaning everything up. I wasn’t able to save one of them. Months later they’re all doing great. My dog is fine btw if he actually ingested anything he is fine now.

Chicken wire, mesh or wood barriers work wonders.

Yo the super cute and innocent picture to follow up the chaos was totally uncalled for lol. Here I am thinking a storm knocked out your window or something, I was mad for you. But then I see that cute little monster, and I just simply can’t direct that anger towards him 🙃

My cat knocked my favorite spider plant onto the wood floor…I’d gotten the pot at a renaissance festival. It was clay with a turquoise to light blue gradient and sentimental to me. I’m clearly not over it lmao
