Check for root rot, root bound? Water when most soil dry, avoid being near cold draft or warm heater, plenty of sun

That cold window isn’t doing it any favors. I know this because when I was recovering from surgery my wife moved my monstera and fiddle leaf to a window from an interior wall. (Outlet that the grow lights are in went bad and she was “helping” 😭😭😭)

Need info on how you take care of it. How often do you water? What direction does that window face? Your soil looks a little dense – you want a chunky mix with a lot of bark and/or pearlite so it drains. I would recommend taking that twist tie off that’s holding the petiole to the coir pole, it’s not doing any good. Also in case you don’t know those coir poles are ok for support, but if you really want it to climb look into getting a moss pole!

seeing those stickers, how many gnats you see flying around? bc when i had a bad gnats infestation my plants were droopy bc larvas ate most of the roots and other roots rotted

Too much water! That’s also why you have gnats! Also please give your plant a real moss pole! Something it can put roots into. This pole is as effective as a stick…..
