How can I get the newer leaves on my philodendrons to not have these white spots on them? The plants grow rapidly but I’m just looking for healthier leaves

My Norfolk pine was losing branches in its previous pot because of (I assume) soil/ size so I changed the pot about 3 months ago and put it in better draining soil where I water every 2-3 weeks but it continues to brown and yellow despite being rooted better?

Picture 1 is a pothos and the spots may be a bit of variegation. Picture 2 is monstera adansonii. Yellowing leaves might mean too much direct sun light or not enough water. Norfolk pine needs a ton of moisture. I’ve killed all that I’ve had but my first guess is that it doesn’t get enough water. Good luck!

Norfolk Pines also like some humidity. When I take a shower I bring mine in the bathroom with me and also spritz it with water, like a mist, on off days. Humidifiers also help!
