This is a first for me, any tips on what I should do as it keeps growing? Should I repot?

All plants in the aroid family share this very cool inflorescence (it’s actually made up of a bunch of tiny flowers) called a spadix. The specialized leaf protruding from the base of the spadix is called a spathe. Once you know what it looks like, it’s quite easy to recognize on all sorts of aroids (alocasias, anthuriums, philodendrons, monsteras, and many others all produce a spadix inflorescence). It’s an awesome family of plants and your ZZ looks great!
