Winter Storm Garden Damage: Did the Plants Survive ?
It is days after the polar vortex dropped ice and snow on my area. Temperatures are still abnormal, in the 40s during the day and 20s at night. Snow and ice are melting. How did the garden survive? In this video, you and both find out together.
We’re seeing shortages of basic items, with food being among them. I hope this video inspires and makes others realize that growing food in a suburban setting can be done. The backyard grocery store never has empty shelves! Happy Gardening!

Joy and smiles 💚
Good evening Moses, hoping the weather goes back to normal for sure, no more snow or freezes. Plants are resilient, they want to grow and produce. Take care and stay warm.
You have a very nice garden sorry about the ice i have to put up with the ice sometimes in South Australia i love Swiss chard as it decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and overall mortality and promotes a healthy complexion, increased energy, and overall lower weight.
You took good precautions to protect your garden! Full watch!
Sending warm Caribbean sunshine
