dig them up and use that brown paper bag and store them in the bottom draw of your fridge
Love growing asparagus , they suggest not harvesting until year 3 , this is year 4 for me and I’m so w cited to see what I can harvest this year!! Started my seeds 2 weeks ago in NE Indiana, a bit early which just means up- potting many times! So excited for Spring!! Can’t wait to watch your garden grow!!! ☺️
Just remember don’t pick your asparagus the first year.
I take pics of my seed packets front and back and keep on my laptop along with my garden map. Otherwise i forget what i have sometimes.
A plant that is not an annual or perennial is known as a Biennial. It has a two year life cycle. Happy Birthday to Wyatt!
Hey Jessica! I love all of your headbands! Do you make them or do you buy them from somewhere? They’re so cute! Your G-Mom is adorable! I think the purple roses are so pretty! Starting this weekend on getting things started my garden! Good luck with all of yours! 😊
Gmom calling you honey is the sweetest thing ever. I just love her! 🥰
Our gardens do best when we use heritage seeds/plants since we never got a garden that grew to it's full potential when we used hybrids no matter what the pkg. said.
Happy Birthday, Wyatt! 🧁 I love white roses. My grandma gave me a white rose bush when I was little, it was still living many years after I got married. I think the current property owners have mowed everything over. I think I will start looking for a white rose bush to plant in my yard in memory of my grandma.
I so enjoy watching you ❤❤❤ happy birthday wayatt. Love to gmom and the rest of your clan.

I’m excited to see how your bulbs grow.. I need to get some more perennials but I’m not sure on what to get. I never had room for perennials when I lived in anchorage. I bought peonies last fall from a u pick farm but I’m scared I lost them with no snow cover. We will see. happy growing season! My favorite season. 🤗
Happy Birthday Wyatt. You’ve learned a lot about gardening and thus will be a huge harvest year for you. Best of luck!
The yellow beans r yummy Jessica
❤
May have missed the name. What is the green plant that you repotted that made 4 more plants?
Biennial for forget me not. They grow the first and second season than drop seeds and die. Then the seeds grow.
A bi-annual plant
When it comes time to dig them up to store over winter, I would really love a video on the process of how you keep them over winter.
Happy happy birthday Wyatt, g-mom is such a sweetie pie, I pray her back is doing better, 🙏 on the mend like Wyatt's was at that point, I'm so excited, to see how the garden turns out, how the new game plan drawing will be, with all the planters in the basement, I'm excited to see if they come out to surround the garden, like you have between the chicken coop and the garden, bless your heart for sharing 💚
