I’ve had this for about 6 weeks now and while its never been doing great, it started looking real bad a couple days ago. Was next to a cold window for a while but hasn’t bounced back since I moved it

Cold shock can happen if the window doesn’t have good enough insulation. Any parts that were killed by the cold would be noticable right away, so It’ll just take some time to return to normal. In that time, let the soil dry out 3/4-fully dry before watering. Make sure it’s getting bright indirect light, but no direct sun. Temps should be above 60 if you can! Good luck!

I would repot your pothos to a bigger pot (but not too big) with a drainage hole and water it afterwards. Those plastic pots they come in are generally terrible bc they create death gaps and don’t hydrate the plant sufficiently.

How often do you water it? How much water do you give it at a time?
