Yes, interested in 3 and even 3.5 meters
Kristin – You said that Muna and Broad was inclusive as they covered large sizes and had expanded the sizes down to a 41” bust. It is not inclusive to not include smaller women. I know the word inclusive has become code for pattern sizes for larger women but in fact it is not inclusive if smaller women can’t use.
Yes I would be interested in 3 metre boxes. I usually make dresses so prefer 3
Whinge away Kristen! I’m the same, we had 44° yesterday (so I suspect you may still have a day to go of the heat) thankfully we’re heading for 28° today 😮💨😅
A 3m option is a great idea and I’d definitely go for that option.
Your roof top garden set looks smashing I love it! Muna and Broad are a fantastic designer. There are so many pattern company’s that only go to a 14/16 and cater specifically to the smaller body. It’s nice to see one company focus on the other end of the spectrum. The word inclusive is tossed around so much but I really appreciate a little exclusivity at times (why I buy my boxes!).
Stay cool lovely, that season change hopefully isn’t too far off!!
A roomy top and fitted skirt look great together. I do not miss Australian heat! Melbourne can be incredibly hot in summer.
Love the 3 meter boxes as I like to wear trousers and maxi dresses.
Would love 3m for dresses ❤
That's the Torrens box top?? I have that pattern but I have not seen it made up much, and I haven't got around to it yet. It looks so fantastic, I'll have to get around to it. Leila is such a good designer who really prioritizes fat bodies, and since I have one of those, I'm a devotee! The only thing stopping me with the Torrens is that I like to do enclosed seams and the sleeve treatment doesn't seem to work for that.
Your ear rings are perfect with the block print dress you are making for Kylie’s concert 😊
Hi Kristen, yes I would be interested in a 3 metre box, I seem to be making dresses longer these days. Love your set in the Miss Moresby fabric, I have a client that will be very interested in that Munda and Broad top. Set for another hot one today, stay cool in your pool, Deb
I think I'm on your newsletter but wanted to make sure so I went to your website on my phone and can't find where to sign up for it. I adore your fabrics (and your videos) but sadly struggle to navigate your website on my phone. I wonder if you're planning any website improvements in future. I'm sure it's hard work, just hoping. ❤
I think the 3mtr option is a great idea. Two options, two prices, win win!
Hi Kristen
I’m interested in 3 metre box because of larger size patterns I make
Hi Kristen. I love your top. I'd like to recommend Kennis Wong's Itch to Stitch pattern , the Melrose top if you like a boozy top with a wide hem. I've also made it with a split hem with the back slightly longer. Highly recommend.
Very excited about your new sewing studio space. Do you think you will have it up and running by January 2026? And, if so, will you be holding any sewing retreats? I would love to make a trip over to Australia in January (from Canada). A 4 or 5 day sewing retreat in Melbourne would be great🙂
I would love something over 30 for a while. I’m frozen and it’s 24 degrees
Oh my gosh. I remember watching Charlene and Scott’s wedding!!! And they song Suddenly 🥰🥰🥰
Your top and skirt is beautiful. Is the skirt cut on the cross. Do you have both patterns for sale?
Imho 2.5 to 3 m is great for a simple boxy dress or top with grown on sleeves . A lot of patterns that i would like to sew up seem to be in the 3.75 to 4 m range.
Love your full review of Muna & Broad. Wonderful patterns and ethos of making sure everyone can have clothes to fit. Modern, clean lines – love love.
Hi Kristen, I think a 3m box option is a great idea. I love the bespoke boxes but I usually don't buy the pattern included because for my size I can't get it out of 2.5m. In that regard, it might be helpful if you're able to include the fabric requirements chart for the included pattern in the website listing to help people choose between the two box sizes ❤
I too would love 3 mtrs in Bespoke Box thankyou. Your Miss Moresby fabrics are killing me,
I want them all, wish I could sew faster!!
Happy Birthday Dawn for tomorrow! Hope your family spoil you. I like the Block print fabric with the Seasons of East dress; I think it will be a show stopper on the night. Enjoy the concert 😊 3m of fabric would be good in the boxes.
Yes please, send a bit of warmth our way!!!
2.5m is ok if the fabric is 150cm wide. Looking forward to my first bespoke box.
Hello Kristen. I think that having a bespoke box that has 3 meters of fabric is a great idea and itis the box that I would order. That extra half a meter is great if you are wanting to make a dress and you are a bit 'curvy'.
I'm going to see Kylie next week as well 😁 it'll be my first time so I'm veryyyyy excited ❤ your block print dress will be amazing 🥰
That co-ord set looks wonderful! We'll be up to a balmy 5c tomorrow.
Definitely interested in the three metre option. Regarding a boxy top, have you tried the Style Arc Joan. A nice pattern , ideal one for using up remnant pieces.
I would be very interested in 3m boxes…opens up a lot more patterns we can use with all these beautiful fabrics.
Hi Kristin. I'm here watching you from my hospital bed. You look beautiful and so does the weather there.
Yes to the 3 meter boxes! I’m 5’11” and 2.5 boxes limit what I make. I usually add at least 2” to arms and torso, and 3-5 “ to skirts/pants. I’m also a bit “fluffy”, lol. So 2.5 for me, doesn’t work for many dresses, skirts or my favorite, button up shirts. Thank you for considering a 3 meter boxes.
