I just purchased my first property, I have a very small 35 m yard with buffalo grass in North Queensland Australia, when we moved in the yard was in shambles. We leveled the yard with drainage points and put turf in, however the day the turf was installed it rained heavily and some turf was damaged. Then we got a flood event that flooded the yard for weeks and this is what I’m left with. What do I do?!

There is a wall on either side of the lawn and a tree above out of my property line so I have a feeling it may not get enough sunlight aswell.
