They’re probably weeds. But man that looks like grass.
I have NOT seeded yet. I’ll probably kill it all.. but it’s so cool seeing this, if it really is just grass it’s such an unlikely event.
Bay Area, Ca. This was a weed infested yard I cultivated after killing off everything with roundup. I’m assuming weeds but there’s this little voice in the back of my head saying it’s grass.

Get some photos of the plant closer up. Grass is a monocot, meaning when they germinate they have one leaf. This plant appears to be a dicot when I zoom in but it is difficult to see. If it is a monocot I’d say it’s Poa Annua.
