The trick to harvesting pepper seeds is to let the pepper stay on the plant until the pepper reaches its final color. You want the seeds to fully mature before harvesting them. Simply remove the seeds and let them dry 7-10 days on a plate. Store them in a air tight container and they will be ready for next year’s planting.
