This last one is rotting too. Wondering if there's any hope if I cut it. I think it's a euphorbia… The white fluff must just be from its previous home. No sign of it anywhere else. Once in dirt, cuttings got light daily from overhead lights with other plants. (7-8 hours?) Didn't water at all for 2 weeks, I think. Then would water only when completely dry.

Pot size needs to be similar to the rootball. Also you need a less organic soil. This is a succulent and they need sandy/non organic based soil with amendments like lava rock, pumice etc. Fast draining and dries out quickly

Personally, what I would do is I would take it out of the soil completely. I would put it directly under a grow light on a plate. Between the plate in the plant, I would have AA paper towel that’s been folded up and every 2 or 3 days. I would soak that paper towel and then let it dry. That would give it time to cal us over and to start providing itself with roots for water other than this.I honestly don’t know how to help.
