I planted some bulbs at the end of last year, early December if I remember correctly. Anyway they started to sprout about a month ago and haven't done anything since. Did I plant them too late? Any idea?
They should be fine… once things start to warm up a bit more and the days get longer, they’ll take off.
Photo 1 appears to be tulips – these usually flower late in spring anyway, so you’re looking at April or May.

I love to see bulbs out at this time. You always wonder if they will keep coming back every year.

Plants and bulb in pots tend to establish faster compared to ones in the ground, as soil temperature take longer to warm up, you have what is called created the micro-climate.
