I have this small section of lawn down the side of my place (~32square meters) that I want to get looking really good, like golf green good, like I see in photos and lawn videos. Problem is, it looks to be both buffalo and kikuyu. Is this going to be an issue? Is there a way to get rid of one type or the other? Any advice ?
