I got this monstera from lowes like 3 years ago and it’s put out some variegation and somebody on here helped me out and told me it was like just some sport variegation but just recently it put out this leaf and i want to know if i can do anything to help encourage it on future growth or not

Lots of light and fertilize and manifestation 😅
You can either wait for it to may develop more variegated leaves over time, or you decide to propagate. Therefore you should have a look at the stem and the axillary buds. If there are white parts on the a.b., the new shoot which will come out, with a high chance will be more variegated. Should look something like this

Just hope and let nature do its own thing
If you got the plant from Lowe’s and it mostly doesn’t display genetic mutations, there probably isn’t much you can do.
You can supplement lighting or fertilize regularly, which ultimately has no downsides, but I’d be very surprised if it results in more variegation.
I agree with increasing light and fertilizing by feeding every watering during growing season.
The plant can only photosynthesize through the green parts of the leaves, so it naturally adapts to lower light settings by decreasing variegation. Increased light means more variegation.
Too much light means burned leaves lol
What are the stems like?
I am not sure on ways as far as lighting or feeding goes but you can propagate the verigated part as it clearly has the gene for it and do some heavy research into it. Sounds dumb but youtube genuinely has some very educational videos on there. This and hope 🙏
