Hello
I am looking for help with my grass. First time home owner and never taken care of a lawn before. The hoa takes "care" of the front yard but my lawn is far worse than my neighbors. Any tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated. And I'm located in Vancouver Washington and sun light is limited in my front yard.
My lawn is the first picture. The other is my neighbors yard.
