  1. Maybe thripes? Could use neem oil just to be safe

The black dots look an awful lot like thrips. Seriously bad news. I would isolate this from other plants because they’re an incredibly difficult pest to eliminate and spread like wildfire.

If someone else here can confirm.

The black dots are actually the thrips poop. Sometimes the bugs are hard to see.

what were you doing before? if it looked so well. The seasons changed? drafts? I donot think it bugs it just what is different then before? sun? it can need more sunshine.

This is a severe thrips infestation. The plant is most likely beyond saving at this point.

mmm… I read they others think thrips. well dish soap water wash leaves they are killed in the dish soap . is it able to wash it by hand in a sink or bath tub. You can also change the dirt. wash clean pot. I not know temperatures there but knock off as much dirt rinse the roots dunk in soapy dish soap water Then clean pot put new soil.

Thrips! Unless you’re extremely attached, I would get rid of the plant. Thrips are the worst to deal with and unless that plant is immediately isolated, they will get to the other plants nearby
