Hey guys, that's the situation….this poor babe has been in the water for a couple of months and I wonder if I can save the plant or it's better to buy a new one and start over. Any advice???
Monstera take a while to root. I’d just give it more time and you’ll eventually see more roots!

I do not get it. You have now planty of roots and even a new leaf on that plant. I would say it is ready to pot in proper soil mix. Looks good to me but idk i can be wrong 🤷🏻♂️
Edit. And of course it needs more light.

The problem with switching to soil is they don’t acclimate well after being in water. So you want lots of roots. me personally if you’re going to pot it, I would actually put it in a cup with perlite and spag. Sometimes I feel like monsters do better in water anyways I ended up taking mine out of dirt and putting in water and it’s doing way better.

YES.
Remember to acclimate your cutting from water to soil by keeping the soil consistently MOIST-not-wet for the first couple of weeks… allowing the roots to adjust to the drier medium. 👌🏾
🪴 Good Luck! 🪴

Yes, you can! I think right now, all of your nutrition is in the roots! Plant it in a small pot where the roots have little or no room to grow! This will allow the plant itself to grow more! There is nothing wrong with the plant itself!
