Hey! I moved into my apartment and my landlord left this plant that is in semi-dirt and semi leca??? So confused. It def seems to be rotting. The dead leaves as you can see are limp, turned yellow, and easily slide out. He said I can try to repot it if I want to—does this even look save-able????
