I have a ZZ plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia), but I feel like it’s not doing well. I’m not sure what’s wrong, and I don’t know how to help it recover.
What does this plant need to become healthy again? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Nothing appears wrong. It does appear to be in the growers media. As long as you don’t overwater, this will do, but if you aren’t careful about keeping it too wet, an aroid mix would be better, with a couple handfuls of potting soil, since it is terrestrial. They like fairly bright light, and to be fairly dry. They are SLOW growers and usually sit still for months and then flush with several new growths, before pausing again for months.
If you want more plant, put it in a larger pot, but not much larger! They put up the stalks they have space to put up. Yours looks fine for what it is.
If you move it into the sun outdoors for the season (do it incrementally so it doesn’t burn) it will go crazy. Looks like it’s tapped out on space in that pot though. I have had one for 16 years that I’ve literally left outside to die and kill twice. Came back and it had all new growth and was going wild, they are hearty. Make sure it can dry out or doesn’t get too much water during a rainy season. They do not like to be super wet.
