I have no idea, really. My Albo is leggy just like yours, hasn’t had a single fenestration for a year. If someone can help, I would be thankful <3

First of all, BEAUTIFUL albo! I have a Thai Con that stalled out growth until I repotted it in a larger pot. Once I did that it took off. Still putting out leaves in the dead of winter. Looks to me that you have yours in a small pot so I might try going up 1” in diameter with some good soil and see what happens.

How are the roots? Ready for a repot?

Check the roots, more light

i’d say add some light directly above to encourage it to grow up. trick them into climbing toward the light and they’ll size up. also i’d research fertilizing

How’s the soil? It might need a chunkier mix. Also, have the roots grown into the moss pole? If not, then maybe try out a moss pole that you fill with moss yourself. That’s what usually encourages bigger leaves. Sydney Plant Guy on YouTube uses water bottles with holes poked into the lid to water his. Just make a small hole with your finger in the top of moss where the bottle can sit. Also the plastic backing ones are the way to go because they keep in more moisture. Allowing it to grow on a moss pole will also make it easier to just chop and pot in the future because each node will already have a root system
Edit: Spelled pole wrong🤦🏻♀️😹

I put mine in a 2.5 gallon and it took off. Your pot is way too small.

That soil is S.H.I.T. All I can tell you. Also more light possibly ?

Check the condition of the roots. If there is rot the plant will spend its energy into making new roots than leaves.

Hormex vitamin b1 and hormone concentrate. 2 to 3 ml per gallon of water when watering. Explosive growth and stronger roots for any plant! Hormex.com Crazy how well this stuff works.

You gotta remember that these plants need more light than the normal versions to survive let alone thrive, ide recommend adding a chunkier soil mix, look into getting/ making a moss pole with real moss , maybe a light too as it needs more.

Change the substrate! 1/3 perlite, 1/3 coconut chips (no fiber), 1/3 green plant substrate and you will see the difference!
There you really have a substrate that is worthless at all!

put it on a real moss pole and get a grow light

With all that white it will definitely grow slower. Get it a good plant light and some good fertilizer. I use Superthrive Foliage Pro on all my plants and add in the Superthrive pro-tekt silicon solution for the higher variegated plants.
I would turn your plant around so it’s facing outside, will get more light. Light is almost definitely the reason it’s not growing faster. If you don’t get great light a plant light might be necessary
