My 5-year-old rubber plant has developed pigmentation and curling leaves. It was kept indoors for most of the year and has been in sunlight since last week, but the issue started even before that. Additionally, all the leaves on the lower branch fell off last month. I water it once a week. What could be the reason?
I found out it was due root rot!! The top few inches of soil always looked dry but the bottom is very wet and I have removed the plant from the pot but the plant looks really sick, please advice if there is any way I can revive this plant
Attaching the photos of roots too . The part I have marked in 4th pic has become soft. Rest all looks ok.
Thank for advice in advance
