  1. It’s that view from the kitchen into the living room for me!

Seriously shook by the formal living room. Chandelier is bomb- fireplace is so rich in texture- and why does that green in the stone just take it to the next level?!

The entire house felt so cohesive and moody in the best way! Amazing!

  2. What surprises me is that the house is quite spacious, yet they have to practically squeeze in three babies (all three bedrooms apart from the primary are tiny). Kinda weird to have a large house, yet have no bedrooms for kids to grow into and having to share bedrooms with one another.

  3. I absolutely love how Lapin incorporated function and style. This mother made sure she milked every bit of space to look fabulous while simultaneously working hard for her family, ie wood paneled hidden storage in an otherwise unused upstairs hallway. With a hidden w/d no less, say less! She used focal points like Spanish fireplace, Munro chandeliers, rounded French doors to pack visual punches instead of overlayering to the point the rooms look fussy and self indulgent. Airy, bright&stylish w/out being pretentious and precious.

  4. I love that living room, and the fact that you talked about not decorating all at once. The unique stonework and fireplace are gorgeous! The furniture pieces you chose echo the beautiful arch of the windows. The lines of the furniture create a really gentle flow feeling . 🥰🇨🇦 in fact, the stonework you have chosen to the house is beautiful .I love that smaller bedroom for your daughter because it gives a nice cosy feeling. I find that if bedrooms are too large, all that built-up clutter and stuff around the room does not lend itself to a restful sleep.

  5. Living room and kids are not alowed to be in the room. That is not a home. It's a show a statement home. They will always remember that 'special' room as the worst memory on this house. Your friends will forget how it looked like, but your kids will take that memory with them for the rest of their life.

  6. This is a beautiful home and beautifully designed spaces throughout. Love the stone in all applications .. very unique and cohesive. Thx

  7. Thank you for your videos…. With Trump's session and recent economic shifts, the markets face volatility, especially amid potential rate cuts and tighter bank lending. This environment highlights the importance of a diversified portfolio with stocks and cryptocurrencies to hedge risks. Bitcoin's recent surge to over $100k underlines its role as a resilient asset. Personally, I’ve grown my portfolio highly significantly, thanks to Dorian j Townsend expertise, which has been invaluable during these unpredictable times.

  8. Its nice… not overly designed. And I am OBSESSED with Spanish/Mediterranean houses and plaster walls. lol

  9. Beautiful elements, although im not crazy about the closed paneled staircase nightlife from the entry, when you turn and see the zigzag aesthetic traveling upstairs its cool. The hallway paneled wall reminds me a cruise ship, so I don't love that. I love the bottle windows, fireplaces, light fixtures, and arched french doors
