This property is located on the way to his local landfill, and he drives past it all the time. After seeing the mess about 100 times, he decided to knock on the door and offer his services for free. Initially, he planned to clean the entire property, but something came up, and he was only able to do the front yard.
The tenant was an international student, and his mother was staying over. She was absolutely stunned by the final result—delighted to have the yard looking normal again! In total, he spent around 8 hours on this job, including one trip to the landfill.
