The Battle of Guadalcanal was a military campaign fought between August 7th of 1942 and February 9th of 1943 on and around the island of Guadalcanal of the Solomon Island chain, in the Pacific theater of World War II. It was the first major land offensive by Allied forces against the Empire of Japan. It is said the Allies had help defeating the Japanese forces from a supernatural resident of the islands. that,s a giant attempt at being entertaining but I d recommend trying storytime at the grades school level n if you could convince 1st graders the that would be a giant accomplishment!
Would everyone with the supremely corny impulse to say their grandfathers who fought in the war were The Real Giants please just STOP. Everyone is thankful for their service, but we are here to hear about the beings not war heroes..
My father was a marine in WW2 at Guadal Canal. He is deceased. So I can't ask him about this.
My grandpa toured North Africa Sicily and Europe driving a Sherman lived through atleast 7 battles where he lived but the tank didn’t ended up taking some bad shrapnel somewhere just before crossing the rhine spent the rest of the war in a hospital…….but those marines fighting the nips we’re for sure beasts with giant balls the absolute savagery that took place on those islands was insane!!!

I have always lived in a rural area, still is almost seventy years later. I spent a large amount of time in the woods at night with coon hounds between 12 and 30. Never saw anything out of place but the first time I heard a big cat screaming about Love in the dark, I was ready to go home. There may be some things left out their but they seldom turn out to be what our imaginations show us.

My dad did six years in New Guinea, as a Captain and as one of the only white Captains in charge of all black troops. He didn't talk much about it but drew fabulous pictures of his thatch covered quarters with a porch, as well as the forest, soldiers, etc. My mom said he had the most beautiful tan when he came home on leave in the winter.
The oral history of the Peruvian Mountain people is laden with Giants. They say the Giants crossed the Ocean – that Giants could cross the Ocean in two steps. The Peruvian mountain people had no water and give the Giants all the credit for digging deep wells. The Giants could not hit water and kept digging until they did and these wells give water to this day. The Giants brought no women with them and the Peruvian mountain people eventually killed them for their foulness. The extensive oral history of the Peruvian mountain people is online where I found it years ago.
Oral history of indigenous peoples is fascinating and I believe these oral histories passed down through generations. Today we have video uploads and there are some unexplainable uploads.

I live in an area that is known for bigfoot sightings. I always thought it was a meth heads fever dream but I met a man who was very reputable and he said he saw one at 20 feet or so. Still didn't believe but it got me thinking about it. Soon after thinking on it I started seeing anomalies. My dogs would act scared and uneasy. Keep in mind I've seen them chase off cougars and bears regularly. I saw a floating orb I chopped up to ball lightning and finally I saw a giant 15 foot tall being walking across the dam of my pond. IDK if thinking of this stuff manifests experiences or how it works but I want no part of it. I was gripped with unnatural fear. It seemed like the air dropped 20 degrees or more instantly and I could see my breath. I know how insane that sounds and I wouldn't believe it before this happened especially off some random post on a YouTube channel but it's true. IDK why I'm even writing this except that it happened and I don't think going out looking for bigfoot or any of this stuff should be looked at as fun or exciting. Just don't do it. I wasn't looking for it but it seemed like as soon as I contemplated it's existence I started having weird stuff happen. Nobody can tell me these things are anything but evil. Maybe demons IDK but something is out there and you don't want to ever come in contact with it. I'll never be the same. I feel spiritually diminished after that day. I don't know any other way to explain it.

Marines and USARMY personnel had to deal with a seven to eight foot tall cryptid during the Viet Nam War–Same color of fur, upright stature, called Rock Apes because like their cousins in the North woods of North America, they threw rocks at the soldiers. They were enough of a problem for US TROOPS that orders were to avoid the animals when on patrol.
These animals apparently exist throughout the world in every clime on every continent.

Hey Mike, I’m also a Marine Corps veteran I have a different take on this my uncle was in Guadalcanal and contracted malaria, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the men that thought they saw these giants were not having hallucinations from the insanely high fever that accompanies malaria just my take on it.
