Wow, they’re lovely!
I would highly recommend asking whoever cares for them now. Plant needs are so specific that something as minor as a building that casts a shadow can completely change their care routine.

Landlord should not make you care for potted plants. Shouldn’t even make you care for landscape plants those plants are already in rough condition, not sure what first pic is, but 2nd pic looks like honey suckle, the tree is a spruce, and the shrub is a boxwood. Those plants are meant to be in the ground, not a pot. That tree looks so sad, it just wants to be in the ground.
