Hi! i bought this pretty girl 2 weeks ago and I haven’t noticed but it had a few black/brown spots on some leaves, since then new leaves popped out but as you can see there’s a lot of brown spots. I don’t really have a plant clinic or a professional plant shop in my city to ask around so I thought I could ask here. Do you think it’s fungal?

Hello! Maybe you overwatered your plant a little bit.
Some of it may be just mechanical damage, from when the leaf was growing and unfurling. It happens sometimes.
Other than that, if the brown spots are not dry and crispy, but they are just brown, especially on the white parts, I was told that sun can do that to white parts of leaves, and it stopped spreading after I took my Njoy and Manjula off the window. You cannot save the already damaged leaves, but you can prevent it in the new ones.
