Baltas pavydas, mes svajojam taip gyventi, stebim kaip jums einasi, saunuoliai , linkejimai is Olandijos nuo Airidos ir Rodnio😊
Oh that timber is so beautiful and suits your home so well. Solid and permanent. The table kept to the smoker is a great idea and will be appreciated in the future. Love watching what you do. Your ideas are so clever.
I just love your channel, thank you so much ❤️👵🏼🇬🇧
You two never cease to amaze me with your hard work and energy! By the way, I have mentioned this before, but that tree you call a mimosa is also known as a black wattle (Acasia mearnsi) and is a highly invasive plant in Portugal, listed on the forbidden species list , see DECREE LAW No. 92/2019. It will smother all native plants. If I were you I would get rid of is as soon as possible. Rather plant native plants like cork oak, Portuguese laurel, and maritime pine. Just my penny's worth, because I hase seen first hand what those trees can do when they start spreading. There are actually penalties for having the following on one's property: The species listed as invasive by this law are: Acacia dealbata, Acacia karroo, Acacia melanoxylon, Acacia mearnsii, Acacia longifolia, Acacia pycnantha, Acacia retinodes, Acacia saligna, Ailanthus altissima (EPPO List of Invasive Alien plants), Arctotheca calendula, Azolla filiculoides (EPPO List of Invasive Alien plants), Carpobrotus edulis, Cortaderia selloana, Eichhornia crassipes, Elodea canadensis, Hakea sericea, Hakea salicifolia, Ipomoea indica, Myriophyllum aquaticum (EPPO List of Invasive Alien plants),, Oxalis pes-caprae, Pittosporum undulatum, Robinia pseudoacacia, Spartina densiflora, Tradescantia fluminensis.
Potentially invasive plants are also listed: Agave americana, Acacia baileyana, Acacia cyclops, Acacia decurrens, Arundo donax, Cortaderia selloana, Lantana camara, Opuntia ficus-indica, Ricinus communis.
All are named in Decreto – Lei 565/99.
Looking forward to seeing your structure
I agree about the back brace …
Question.. is this a hot or cold smoker.. ?
Loving the timber you have chosen for the veranda. It looks lush and expensive 😍
Cheers friends😘😘
You guys are making such wonderful progress and getting excited to see finished project.
My vote is definitely wood beams!
I think it will look wonderful with your existing stone, can’t wait!!
The patio will be beautiful. If you have not subscribed please do so. It helps A & G and costs you nothing.
😊
Hmm, check the H profile-post support for timber columns, why because your profiles will make cracks in the timber, ones exposed on sun and rain, have timebr log house with balcony on your profiles style and after 15 years have to replace it.
…rather than a patio I would enclose the area properly to make it into a room/lounge… at least half of it..?
Hello🎉
Could you buy or borrow a winch, the sort they use to lift engines. The wood looks beautiful but stone would also look great. Something to check out are the water resistant, see through blinds The Newbys have added to their pergola so they can still use it when it rains. Check out their video for the name of the company and maybe reach out and see if they will sponsor you. ❤
I'm looking so forward to seeing your pergola project! Loving the size of those wooden columns too. It's going to look great! If you need more hands you know where to find me 😜
Great work
I am looking forward to seeing the work on the patio roof, it will be so nice to be able to sit under it in the rain and enjoy being outside, and having some meals on the patio. The smoker is coming along. Love the side table Andrius, very good idea.
I am sure that you already have a cunning plan to install the uprights and the beams, but an excavator to do the heavy lifting would be nice. And you can always put stones around the uprights at a later stage. 👍
Well, Andrius, you asked for advice so here is my ten pence worth on your deck posts. If I was doing it I would have four foot height stone or brick pillars with the top half in wood – like you see in a lot of American homes – doing so would avoid the wood rotting and it would look in keeping with the tiny house schist walls if you do the pillars with a similar finish. That’s it, over and out👍🏻🌟
In relation to the mountain top snow, what altitude are you at?
Are you able to convert to the garage to a dwelling?
The veranda will look v impressive imo .
Keep up the good work.
Look like a great plan for the patio. Just keep in mind minimal roof pitch for your type of roof tiles. Usually, it is around 14 degrees.
