Has anyone ever encountered this?? My bag of blood meal that i use for a lot of my plants is full of some sort of (mostly dead) worms! What happened? by thankstowelie Indoor Garden 5 Comments SincerelySpicy 8 months ago They’re not dead, per se, but exuviae, the molted shells of larvae. I’m not sure exactly what species but they’re dermestid beetle larvae of some sort, which are common household pests that feed on animal matter.
