Just walk on it to even it out. Bermuda will find its way over there

Let the delivery company know about it! I don’t have any tips for fixing it yourself but this happened last year to my mom, she has a crazy driveway so she wasn’t shocked.
Her normal delivery guy noticed the rut the next time he came around and told her that he’d let the company know so they can get it fixed. She said she wasn’t worried about it but he insisted. Literally the next day my mom got a call and was shocked to find out UPS had called about the damage! They offered her to get a quote to have it fixed and they would cover the bill OR they’d cut her a check.
She took the check, fixed the damage herself and with that check she got herself a really sweet outdoor furniture set!
TLDR; Idk how to fix it, but ask for reimbursement for the damage, fix it yourself, profit

Level it out with some topsoil and sand.
Wait until it starts growing again and it’ll fill in just fine.

Pry it up a bit with pitch fork. Spread a little top soil and or sand to level.

Was it made by an Amazon delivery guy? Have a Ring doorbell?
Had this happen to me this past late fall after just finishing a lawn project. Contacted Amazon, they referred me to their 3rd party insurer. I submitted the video as well as photos and an estimate in made myself. 6 weeks later they paid me
Didn’t directly answer your question, but might help otherwise

I’d go with sand, it’ll find its own level.
