Should I do a complete re-pot? She was initially in the center but has shifted and now trying to get out and probably run away to go live with a better plant mom.
This just a plant existing in a pot. No need to do anything.

Pothos are known for trailing out of their pot, I am more knowledged in passive hydroponic growth so I can’t say if yours is ready for a repot yet, but ud you don’t want the vines draping out of the pot you can trim it back. If you do this and want a bushier plant you can propagate those clipping and plant it in the same container.

Is there drainage in the pot? If there isn’t, you might want to get it in a pot with drainage holes. It looks fine otherwise. It’s a vine plant.

Pothos are climbing or trailing plants depending on the resources you give them. It’s normal for them to grow out of the pot. That’s an aerial root. If you give it a moss pole to climb, that root will grow into the moss and you’ll get beautiful giant leaves

Well… That’s a jar, rather than a pot, which is not meant as pot-shaming, but more a concern that it has no drainage.
Repot in a container that has drainage, and give it a saucer. That will also give the roots more room. Pothos are climbers, and if you give it upright support and more light, it will produce bigger leaves.
Still, many people grow it as a trailing vine, keeping the smaller leaf form. But give it some drainage and a slightly larger pot.

It’s definitely giving chop below the node where the root’s growing out of and just stick that prop right back in the soil

Welcome to owning a pothos. Also, jar drainage holes?

That’s what pothos do! You can pin it so it goes in a circle in the pot, but eventually it will get so long it will come out of the pot anyway! That’s just how pothos function. They are vines!
