  2. I saw your kind note about little Tuck over on James p's channel. I will miss him too! And I bet that it was a treat to meet him. I have a little Cairn terrier who wanders around my garden and eats whatever he can reach. He was eating my cherry tomatoes inside…😂

  3. Another great video! I live in zone 10, so you’d think I could grow anything, but actually I’ve had a hard time figuring out which plants will actually grow in winter due to reduced daylight hours. I usually plant tomatoes in Sept or Nov because even though the plants can tolerate the heat, the flowers cannot and they burn, and if it does set fruit, the skin is so tough that it’s almost inedible. The plants grow very slowly until about now when they are taking off nicely and I’ll get some tomatoes before summer. My yard is mostly shade because if not it would just bake in summer, but I’ve never thought of putting herbs in the shade, so I’m going to try that this year. The only garden plant that I have found to be able to ride out the heat unscathed is cannabis, which I plant now for an October harvest, as determined by how much daylight the plants get.

  4. You know you can trim your plants that get bitter after bolting as soon as they start to form those flowers, right? My basil might be annoyed with me, but I can still enjoy it even though it keeps trying to bolt because I catch it and act.

  5. I live in Florida and my cabbage and cauliflower were started in my greenhouse last August. Then they were planted in my garden in Nov. They look wonderful.

  6. That's how it is when " They Wear their White Card." They only dress the part, No Intelligence No Merits, just trailer park ignorance. Under the Big 🎪.

  7. Excellent video!!! I would love to make a chart so I can have a guide to go by. It’s all such valuable info but not easy to remember it all, especially for beginners. I love your channel! Thank you

  8. Hi! Is it too late for me to direct sow celery? I'm just a little north of Wilmington, NC? And happy gotcha day to dale!!
