help what do i do

my kalanchoe buds are dying 🥲🥲 this pot has just started blooming really well from mid January, but the buds and leafs are withering rapidly now

my plant health:
• sun: direct sunlight
• water: rarely (little dosage once every 2 wks)
• leaf: feels more squishy than before when i press it

i would appreciate ur help! 🙏
