I really want to get one but it’s currently -15C where I live and I don’t want to risk them getting frostbitten on the drive home. Should I just bite the bullet, or wait for it to get a bit warmer? My other monstera got frostbite recently so now I’m nervous.🥲

    Brrrrr! That’s cold!

I think you could make it work if your car is nice and toasty before going in to buy it. The biggest thing would be to bring a blanket or something to cover and insulate/protect from the cold air when you are outside on that mad dash from store to car then car to home!

Exposed outside cold air is where most of that damage is likely to happen. *shakes fist at that icy cold wind*

Is that $80 though?! I got one at Canadian Tire for $20!

I got a Thai con in the cold recently. I waited in the store with it while my boyfriend got the car and pulled up to the door. Made a run for it and it’s totally fine. It was probably like -20 so I think you’ll be fine, just bring a friend!
