My pothos propagation seems to have sprouted leaves instead of roots on some of the nodes.
I thought being submersed, they would die off, but they’ve been this size for about a month.
Does anyone have recommendations on how I can transition to soil and keep all parts alive, or suggest I just cut them off and plant the roots?
The tricky part is these little leaves are small and on the opposite side of the main plant.

My pothos love making leaves underwater, annoying. For this instance I think you might be able to rest the vine on top of the soil and bury the roots. Since they’re on opposite sides you’ll have to partially bury a leaf’s stem at best, but if the leaf itself can stay above the soil then the stem will work its way out. Or you can cut just the leaves off make your life easier, it’s a pothos they grow so quick.
