I came across this house and haven’t seen grass this tall in quite a while. While I was making my way to knock on the front door, I noticed that the grass was taller than the porch. Unfortunately, nobody answered but I spoke with the neighbor next door and he told me that nobody has lived there for quite some time. He also doesn’t remember the last time that it was cut and that it would be a huge help for them if I were to clean it up. So, I got started and spent the whole day getting the yard looking amazing again.

  1. Since watching your videos, I've been wanting to know what you do with all the cut trees, tree branches/other bigger clippings, etc., because it doesn't look like you have enough room in your truck??

  2. I saw a video where someone's overgrown yard was cleared by goats. The company brought the goats, water troughs, and extra fence. In 3 days the goats tackled brush and poison ivy, so the area was then manageable for the homeowner.

  3. It takes a LOT of poison ivy to affect me. I mean I have to pick the leaf, crush it, and then rub the juices on my skin. Fun boy scout trick.😈

  4. I can understand not doing the poison ivy but you could have raked up the grass at the front of the house. Half a job done. Not going the extra mile is not good. It’s nice that you try to help though.

  5. This one was a bit odd to me. Not because of the work. Spence does amazing work on every property. But I couldn't help but notice that massive church right across the street and the one next to it. You'd think one of them would either try to acquire that vacant home for some of their ministry work or at least play a part in keeping that property maintained. It's not like this is a property across town. It's directly next to and across the street from their campuses.

  6. Have you ever considered using goats to help clean up yards? They can safely eat poison ivy/oak/sumac, they would be less noisy than mowers, and they're also very cute.

  7. It's really awesome what you do but you would think the neighborhood would help take care of it since nobody lives there but that's the problem nobody cares anymore or you would think the neighbor would come out and help you

  8. I live in the second house on my street. Whenever it snows, I clean the sidewalk until the corner if my neighbours did not clean it before. They never did anything for me but that's okay.

  9. Bonjours, je comprend pas pourquoi tu dit lierres vénéneux à chaque fois nous en France c'est pas considérerai comme vénéneux.
